Full Text
It appears (says the Petersburg Intelligencer) that at the Court of Naples, as indeed at every other Court in the world where we have had the least business to settle, we have been met by our friend John Bull, with his mouth open, ready to say what he could against us. The poor Frenchman thought it very hard to be followed by his enemy only from one town to another in the same country; but let us cross Oceans and Continents to go to Russia, France, Spain or Naples still we have Monsieur Tonson at our heels!
