Pastors and Associates Met Today for Further Plans.
The Pastors' Association and the finance and publicity committee of the union revival held a meeting at the Commercial Club rooms this morning at 10 o'clock, being called to order by Vice President Rev. C. C. Wheeler. Those present were Rev. J. C. Wlech. Rev. M. E. Weaver. Rev. C. C. Wheeler. Rev. C. H. Storey and Messrs J. L. Edge. Ed Hall. D. L. Weddington. E. J. Jenkins. O. P. Hall. M. F. Dansby. A. M. Waldrop. Jesse Hensarling and Joe B. Reed.
No definite reports were made by the finance, publicity or arrangement committee of the co-operative revival meeting to be held in April.
It was moved and seconded that the arrangement committee be given full power to act in the matter of securing a tent or building to be used for the union meeting without coming together for discussion before the entire executive committee.
The publicity committee was given authority to spend what money appeared necessary to properly advertise the meeting.
Authority was granted to the finance committee to secure what funds were necessary to be used before the meeting starts.
There appearing no further business, adjournment was taken until Thursday. March 23.
