It was reported today at the meeting of the Chamber of Commerce by Sen. John McNees that since the plans to complete the Nome-Teller Road have been announced, Japanese interests in the state, who already have a pulp mill at Sitka, are planning a trip to Seward Peninsula to review their earlier interest in the iron deposits between here and Teller.

They also plan to investigate the tin properties being put up for sale in July by the GSA at Lost River.
