Will of the Late Lawyer, H. H. Keith, of Sioux Falls
Sioux Falls, July 31.—The olographic will of the late Judge Hosmer H. Keith, who died in this city July 22, was filed for probate before Judge John T. Medin of the probate court yesterday. The date for the hearing and the appointing of an executor has been set for August 12. As stated in the will, Albert Keith, the youngest son, will be appointed to look after the estate.
There are four heirs, Mary S. Keith, the wife of the deceased. Flora Keith, daughter, Albert and Edwin, sons.
The estate is valued at $20,000 and consists mostly of real estate in this city and farm lands through this state and Iowa.
The estate was left in the hands of Mrs. Mary S. Keith and she is to decide the amount that is to be given to the other heirs.
Following is a paragraph that appeared in the will:
"Mary, after you have collected in all of the estate, if you think you have more than enough to abundantly support yourself and Flora, then give Edwin and Albert what you decide best. I also suggest that you make your will at once. Flora will need more than the boys."
This will is dated July 1, 1905.
Flora and Albert both reside in this city. but the oldest son, Edwin, lives in Bremerton. Wash
