Sewage Units Are Discussed Here

On hand at Tuesday evening's meet of Fairport Council was Mr. R. T. Quinlan, a sales representative who explained a "sewage-unit-package aero-acelator, a new apparatus for oxidation treatment of organic wastes and domestic sewage. His company, which has its main office in Arizona. has built several such plants in Oklahoma and Texas. He said that three such units had been installed for industrial use near Pittsburgh. He stated that he could not cite exact figures as to costs, but that his unit which only requires (normally) one basin would be far cheaper for Fairport than the conventional type which uses three basins.
