Captain Banks Enjoined.

The Masonic Temple Association sued out an injunction yesterday afternoon against Capt. A. J. Banks, the contractor, restraining him from damming up Trout Run at its intersection with Lick Run. Captain Banks is doing some contract work for the city on Lick Run and to expedite his work constructed a temporary dam in Trout Run.

This the Masonic Temple Association asserts dams up the water in the basement of their building to such an extent that a number of men are kept constantly employed bailing out water, and moreover they claim that this stagnant water is a menace to the health of the city.
