as a private and was discharged
with the rank of Captain.
Born in Yakima, Washington, he
attended primary and high school
in Yakima where his parents, Mr
and Mrs. M. A. Yothers, still reside.
He attended Washington College
and is a graduate of the University
of Washington law school.
A Republican, Yothers has been
active in G. O. P. circles in King
County as well as throughout the
state.
A vigorous worker in the field of
veteranism, he now is a member
of the national legislative commit-
tee of the V. F. W.
A practicing attorney in Seattle
since his return from the service in
