Individual Ham Loaves
(Serves 6)
Ten soda crackers, crumbled.
1/3 cup milk, 1 egg, beaten. 1/2 pound ground ham. 1 pound ground pork,
1 tablespoon chopped celery tops.
3 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper, 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion. 1 teaspoon horseradish.
1 teaspoon pepper.
Pour milk over soda crackers and let stand five minutes. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pack mixture into six greased large muffin pans. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F.) 50 minutes.
