from her father-in-law, Mrs. Alice
D. Hughes today launched a divorce
action against Ernest Hughes charging
desertion and non-support.

her husband persuaded her to cash
a worthless draft which caused her
financial embarrassment and the

entice their son from her.
The
couple was married in 1915.
