Full Text

A Nuisance.

Many complaints have reached us, preferred by the residents of North Main street, of the annoyance they are subjected to from the actions of a soiled dove who lives in that locality. She is in the habit of indulging in insulting remarks, addressed to respectable women who have to pass her den, and her solicitations to male pedestrians have become a positive nuisance. The officers have been informed of her conduct, and it is on the cards that, unless she reforms in this particular, she will be found languishing in jail some fine day, and will have a chance to explain her reasons for the vile habit to Judge Cromer.
