in Self Defense.
[Special to the LEDGER.]
Jackson, April 15.-The court announced the following decisions this morning:
Smith vs. Union and Planters bank, Epperson vs. Shelby county, Weller vs. Schmalzried, Brinkley vs. Welch, Cherry vs. Miller, Schade vs. Carr, affirmed.
Warren vs. Smith, motion refused.
Bank of Commerce vs. Jefferson, reversed.
Bryson & Camp vs. Pierce, modified and affirmed.
Happek vs. Hartley, Shaw vs. Watson, Grehan vs. Bullock, reversed and remanded.
The court announced that hereafter one hour only on each side will be allowed for argument in each case.
