Auzie Dial Leads In Contest

Auzie Dial Again Regains Lead Set In First Ballot

It looks as if Auzie Dial's fans will not let her down and will not hear of anything but victory for her. Cast your vote now for your favorite in this great theatrical popularity contest. The contest will positively close at midnight Monday March 25. This contest is certainly getting hotter as the days roll by. And the favorite ones are learning just how popular they really are in Detroit and neighboring suburbs, even Chicago is casting votes for Auzie Dial, James Rutherford and Virginia Lightfoot.

A ballot box is located in Perkins Cafe, 1907 St. Antoine and also at Tribune-Independent office. A ballot appears below, clip it out, fill in, mail, send or bring it to Juan Del Roy Grant, 2146 St. Antoine street, Tribune-Independent. All ballots must either be in the mail or the office before midnight Monday March 25th. The winner of the first prize will receive a beautiful silver loving cup. There will also be a handsomely gold embossed certificate carrying the title "Queen of the Nite Club." The contestant who wins the second prize will receive a prize from Leng's Drug Store, 1900 St. Antoine street also a gold embossed certificate with the title "Prince or Princess of Detroit Nite Clubs." The winner of the third prize will receive a prize donated by Davis Drug Store, Scotten and McGraw.
