Case of Bad Memory.-Robert Stewart was arrested last evening, near Thirty-sixth and Market streets, on a charge of larceny. It appears that some friend or acquaintance of Robert had in a confiding moment intrusted him with twenty-five dollars, with which to pay a bill. Robert took the money, but forgot to apply it to the object for which it was intended, and, instead, spent it on himself. The confiding friend had Robert arrested on a charge of larceny, and after a preliminary examination before Alderman Allen, he was held for a further hearing in the case.
