Five Are Fined In City Courts

Five persons were assessed fines totaling $105.80 in McAllen courts today.
Two men were assessed fines of $25 and costs each ($40.40) in Justice of the Peace T. Jud Powell's court. Drew Turner was fined on vagrancy charges, and Collin Chase on charges of drunkenness and disturbing the peace.
In Judge C. D. Martin's corporation court, W. A. Farrar, Weslaco, was fined $10 on charges of fighting and disturbing the peace, and Cameo Salas was fined $5 on charges of drunkenness.
Wayne Boren was fined $1 and costs ($10) in Justice of the Peace U. G. Lovejoy's court on a speeding charge.
