CLAIM JUMPING.

Last week in the Seven Troughs district one of the claims of the Industry group, owned by Messrs. F. I. Gunnell, Moore, Mushett, F. M. Lee and Senator George S. Nixon was jumped and work is now being done on the claim by the jumper. It is claimed by the jumper that there was not sufficient annual assessment work done to hold the claim, while Mr. Lee, one of the owners of the property, states that the regular amount of work was performed. The owners of the property are preparing to oust the jumper. The Industry group in the Seven Troughs district is among the most favorably located in the camp.
