W. S. Robinson Esq., of Concord, one of the Editors of the Boston Telegraph, is named as the most prominent candidate for the Clerkship of the Senate. He was the Clerk of the Constitutional Convention, and performed the duties very ably and acceptably.

Charles W. Slack Esq., of Boston, is named for Clerk of the House. He has had experience as assistant Clerk of the Senate. He is very ready and apt, and gentlemanly in his deportment. No better selections could be made than these, for the Clerkships of the two houses.
