This day the Convention passed the following decree against the rebellious city of Lyons.
1st. Biroteau is declared a traitor to his country, and outlawed: and likewise all the members of the Congress of Rhone and Loire.
2d. The Executive Council shall order troops to march against Lyons.
3d. The property of the persons outlawed by this present decree, shall be sequestered and put under seal.
4th. The payment of the state creditors resident at Lyons shall be suspended.
5th. All persons domiciliated at Lyons shall be bound to quit that city on the reception of this present decree, under pain of having their property sequestered; the commissioners of the Convention in the army of the Alps are charged with the execution of this decree.
