The Jeffersonville Southwest Virginian says that a spring has been discovered in Mercer county, West Virginia, that has effected some most remarkable cures in cases of running sores of long standing, scrofula, and kindred diseases. Indeed, so beneficial has it proved in all organic affections, cutaneous eruptions, &c., that the afflicted are visiting the spring from a distance of twenty or thirty miles, and carrying away large quantities of the magic waters for the benefit of their afflicted friends.
