KENYA STUDENTS AT MORRIS BROWN - In the above photo are shown the two students from Kenya, East Africa, conferring with Dr. Frank Cunningham, right, president of Morris Brown College, and J. H. Robinson, left, dean of men. The students, Olero Samuel Otieno (to Dean Robinson's left), and Apollo Abraham Waikiago (to President Cunningham's right), are matriculating at Morris Brown on a scholarship plan proposed by Tom Mboya, noted African leader. They are among 81 students who came from Kenya on scholarships to colleges throughout the United States.

Otieno plans to pursue a pre-medical course and become a surgeon; Waikiago plans to major in political science and history with a view to studying law, and looks forward to working for the government in Kenya.

Both students seem favorably impressed with their new surroundings and Dean Robinson reports that they are splendid citizens of the college.
