Inability to secure the services of enough seaplanes to transport the large number desiring to make the trip has resulted in the postponement of the expected visit of officers and members of the Ketchikan post of the American Legion, who were scheduled to arrive here Friday morning.

Wire advices received by local Legion members Tuesday said that the Ketchikan Legionnaires could not get enough planes to accomodate the party and it had been decided to postpone the trip to a later date. Hope was also expressed that the trip can be made in the very near future.
The following committees have been named by the local branch of the Legion to assist in the reception and entertainment of the visitors when they arrive:

Hotel accomodations-- C. J. Davis, Holger Johnson.

Plane moorings - Axel. Wahsdahl, Holger Johnson, J. Jackson.

Reception and escort-- C. B. Hager, Ben. Oien, Donald E. Martin.

Hall- Clyde Hager.

Baseball Holger Johnson.

Communications- E. L. Dale.
The Canadian Legion, of Stewart has arranged to hold a smoker in honor of the visiting comrades.
