VIENNA, Aug. 17.—Montag’s Revue, referring to the meeting between Count Kalnoky, Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Prince Bismarck, dwells upon the universally peaceful aspect of affairs. The Austro-German alliance, it says, removes all chance of rupture of peace.
