Some Letters from Hanover say, that two Pieces of News are whispered there among Persons of the best Intelligence: The one, that an entire Revolution has happened in a certain Electoral Court; and some of the Ministers have been actually put under Arrest: The other, that a great Design is in Agitation, which will be executed very speedily, notwithstanding the Rigor of the Season, and which will entirely change the Face of Affairs in Germany; to which they attribute the laying aside the Siege of Gottingen.
