BOSTON, July 20.

The General Assembly of the Colony of Rhode-Island have passed an act for enquiring into the rateable estates of that colony.--The valuation nearly to be taken in the same manner as lately done in this province; with these differences, That every inhabitant is to give an account of all the money they have by them, and all wrought plate; also the number of acres of unimproved land :--All vessels that are abroad only one third part of the number of tons, and one third part of their cargoes to be given in.
