PARIS, April 16.

The Imperial minister, who has been accustomed to receive dispatches from Vienna every week for months past, has not received a courier for near three weeks, which is looked upon as mysterious. The next packet may be expected to bring news probably of the last importance, which we are all eagerly in expectation of; the more so, as our court are so nearly interested in the war which now rages between the Imperial and the Ottomans, Courts, which last are certainly favored by the allies of France.
