Jurko Sentenced to Hang For Murder
John Jurko, Twin Falls, who was found guilty of murder by a jury in district court late Friday night, was sentenced to hang at the state prison at Boise, November 14, by Judge W. A. Babcock, Tuesday.
Notice of appeal has already been filed.
The jury recommended the sentence of death.
Jurko was charged with the shooting to death A. B. W. Vandenmark.
L. O. Arnold, S. H. Burris, and W. P. Shinn of this place were members of the jury, the latter being foreman.
