Mileage Hearing Will Be Held Today by South Carolina Railroad Commission.

Columbia, Nov. 20.--The mileage book hearing will be held before the railroad commission beginning today at 11 a. m. The right of the railroad to pull mileage for the long haul is questioned. The attorney general recently gave the opinion that the railways had no right to pull more mileage than the cash fare. Representatives of the traveling men of South Carolina will be present as well as officials of the railways interested.
