The committee of the Water Witch and Hose 1 of this city left on the 8.36 B. & O. train, and will meet their guests at Perryville and bring them to Havre de Grace. They will arrive in the city about 1.15 o'clock. Upon arriving they will be escorted to the City Hall and be extended the freedom of the city by Mayor Allmond. President Council, Harry Sharpley, will also welcome the Friendship's visitors as the visitors. Friendship's visitors will arrive at 4 o'clock, four hours earlier than first expected. They will be met at the ferry by a committee. The company from Oxford will drive through, arriving about noon. The one from Conshohocken will also arrive about noon. There will be delegations from Philadelphia, Chester, Elkton, Conshohocken, and various other places. The Frederick City visitors expect to bring with them a large delegation from Frederick on a special train.
