We have Advice, by a Letter from Hampton, dated June 25, That a Passenger is landed there, from on board a Ship gone up the Bay, that came Ten Weeks ago from Plymouth, who reports,

That 22 Sail of Men of War were put into Commission; and that there was a very hot Press at Home; that the Spanish Envoy was forbid the Court, and order'd out of England; that Sir Tollervert Peyton was at Plymouth, and all on another Man of War, of 20 Guns, which sail'd last; Ship was to convoy the Soldiers design'd for Georgia; and that it was generally believ'd we shou'd have a War with Spain.
