LOS ANGELES UPI - Rod Hundley, colorful backcourt star and Ray Felix, veteran center, have signed contracts with the Los Angeles Lakers basketball squad for the 1961 - 62 season, General Manager Lou Mohns announced Friday.

No terms were disclosed, but Mohns said both players got increases over last season.

Hundley, a flashy offensive performer, was fourth on the team in minutes played this past season and retained his record of never having fouled out of a National Basketball Association game in his four-year career.

Felix came into the Laker fold again after a very fine second half season. A knee injury hampered him during the early part of the campaign.

With these two signings, the Lakers now have eight of their players back in the fold for next season.
