What is this article about?

EDITORIAL DECENCIES.-An Albany Editor, speaking of a brother scribe, designates him as a miserable wretch who conducts a shameful organ of faction. Another Albany Editor calls one of his brethren, the "father of lies." A New York Editor accuses one of his neighbors of an unfortunate "infirmity"—that of getting drunk upon gin and water ; and the other New York Editor responds, that his accuser is "steeped to the very lips in lies."

In the West, however, the Editorial fraternity are more courteous towards each other. We have a paper before us, in which one Editor accuses another of being forced by his rascality to the necessity of hiding dry goods in a kitchen chimney- and of associating with a low, vile, pitiful, roguish tailor, for the purpose of swindling the publick.
