Sept. 16. According to Advices from Paris of the 12th Instant, People there are under dreadful Apprehensions of suddenly seeing an extraordinary Revolution of Affairs in general, as well within the Kingdom of France as abroad, which it is feared will inevitably happen upon the Death of Cardinal de Fleury, who has at last a continual Looseness upon him, accompanied with a Hectick Fever, and a Swelling in his Legs. This Disorder of his Eminence revives the Factions in such sort, that the whole Court is in Agitation.
