The School Directors Organize.

The school directors of the town of Middlebury—E. G. Seeley, M. K. Moore, E. K. Severance, Willis N. Cary and W. W. Turner—held a meeting Monday to organize. Mr. Severance was elected chairman, and A. H. Matthews, the secretary of last year, was continued in office. Prof. Boyce was chosen town superintendent. Mr. Cary is to look after the schools in his own and the Seeley districts, Mr. Turner after those of East Middlebury and in the town farm district and each of the other members of the board after his home school.
