TALLAHASSEE - Florida A&M University President George W Gore Jr., has the responsibility of organizing the program for the annual meeting of the Association of College Honor Societies that will convene at Wayne State University in Detroit, February 23-25.
Dr. Gore, founder and currently secretary-treasurer of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, is vice-president of the Association of College Honor Societies. Traditionally, the organization's vice-president is in charge of the convention program.
Some 32 national honor societies hold membership in the Association of College Honor Societies. Dr. David S. Clarke of Purdue University is president of the organization.
