A Fishery Difficulty In Kamchatka.

The fishing business in the vicinity of Kamchatka has encountered an unexpected disturbing force in the shape of a polite visitation from Russian cruisers inquiring into the nature of their cargoes and the object of their voyages; and reminding them of the fact that no fishing would be permitted within three marine leagues of the shore. It is admitted by whalers that nothing can exceed the courtesy of the Russian visitors, or the choice phraseology in which the warning was couched: but they express no less surprise at finding in the Kamchatkan waters that myth of publicists, a closed sea; and want to know the title of the new claim, and the ground of the new Russian policy.
