Sunday night, one Elizabeth Clark, a young Woman, (who came a child from Ireland served her time in this city, and has since been hired and behaved well in several families in town) who had for some time been suspected of being with child, which she always denied was found to have been recently deliver'd, and on search a new born infant, said to be full grown, and with marks of violence on the body, was discovered in the Necessary. The Coroner's Inquest had the matter under examination on Monday and Tuesday, and we hear have brought in their Verdict wilful Murder, and that the young woman is guarded till her health will permit her to be removed to Gaol.
