NEW YORK. June 17.—The Literary Digest has been sold outright to the Review of Reviews Corporation headed by Albert Shaw, veteran magazine editor.

The Literary Digest's circulation fell in recent years as the result of a new type of weekly news magazine. The Digest suffered a severe blow last fall when Roosevelt upset the poll.
