Full Text

Our neighbours, the inhabitants of the three counties of York, Cumberland and Lincoln, in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, seem determined to resolve themselves into a separate state:-

A convention for this purpose is to be holden at Falmouth, on the 5th day of October next; and from the general concurrence of sentiment amongst them, we have every reason to expect that some spirited resolutions will then be entered upon.

A correspondent informs that it is expected there will be the largest concourse of people ever known to assemble in the eastern territories, at the above intended meeting: and that a memorial to Congress will be immediately agreed upon.
