From the public Prints, brought by these Vessels, we have taken the following Articles of Intelligence, viz.

PETERSBURG, (Russia) April 19.

A Messenger arrived Yesterday in the Evening from General Bibikow, with the agreeable Account of the Rebellion being entirely extinguished by the total Defeat and dispersion of the Rebel Army in an Action which happened on the 25th of March, O. S. at Tattizowa, 36 versts from Orenberg; in which 2000 of the Rebels were killed, and 3000 taken Prisoner. Their Chief, Pugatcheff, found Means to escape. Four Russian Officers and 200 private Soldiers were killed, and between 500 and 600 wounded.
