E. H. Joseph was a passenger on the Lurline last evening bound for Portland.

H. B. Parker, who has been spending the winter in Southern California leaves today for Astoria.

E. H. Knapp of Portland was in the city yesterday and returned last evening on the Lurline.

W. T. Chutter of Seattle is visiting friends in the city.

W. Fowler and wife of South Bend are visiting friends in the city.

S. S. Wittsen of New York was among the arrivals in the city yesterday.

I. T. Healey and wife of Portland are visiting friends in the city.

J. H. Roberts of Portland is registered at the Occident.

F. M. Barrett of Aurora was a business visitor in the city yesterday.

W. G. Harshaw of Portland was a guest at the Occident yesterday.

F. J. Carney will leave for Portland this morning on a business trip.

David A. Allison, wife and son, arrived in the city yesterday. Mr. Allison has accepted a position of book-keeper at the Hammond Lumber Mills.

Misses Birdie and Louise Wise arrived home from Eugene on last night's express on a visit with their parents.
