Important from Arizona.

A San Francisco dispatch says:

"By private intelligence from Arizona, we learn that Capt. Stone is about to resume his surveys in Sonora, but will abandon further survey in Lower California.

The Apache and Comanche Indians were committing depredations in Arizona, near Mexico, and on the frontier of Texas. The Apaches had attacked a Fort and killed a number of United States troops, while the Comanches had completely destroyed two trains, murdering the men and carrying off the women and children."
