May 31. Letters from Dublin, dated May 24th, say that the Nobility and Gentry there seem to vie with each other who shall give the greatest instance of a patriotick disposition in the encouragement of the manufactures of Ireland, they being all determined to wear nothing else on the ensuing birthday, for the celebrating of which great preparations are making. His Excellency the Earl of Hertford, his Countess, Lord Beauchamp, and the Hon. Mr. Conway, have ordered rich suits of Irish manufacture for their wear on the above occasion.
