COLUMBIANA COUNTY FAIR.—The Columbiana County Fair came off on last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at New Lisbon. It is said that there were on the grounds at least 10,000 persons. The display of cattle was very fine; and the Fair presented an excellent collection of the articles usually on exhibition on such occasions. Friday was devoted to the equestrian exercises of the young ladies. Ten Misses competed for the 1st prize for best horsemanship, which was awarded to a Miss Graham, of New Lisbon. At the trial for best buggy driving, Mrs. Springer Harbaugh of this city, was awarded the 1st premium for driving a two horse buggy. This Fair closed by the delivery of an excellent Address by our respected townsman, Gen. Wm. Larimer, Jr.—Pitts. Union
