Full Text

Oct. 4. They write from Vienna, that one of the foreign ministers at that court having delivered some propositions, to serve as a basis for a general peace, he received for answer, "That it would be time enough to think of such matters at the beginning of the next campaign, and that they would not at present give ear to disadvantageous proposals from their enemies."

A declaration has been sent by the Emperor to all the Princes of the Empire, importing that they should not only be divested of their titles, but otherwise severely punished, if they did not have all the waggons and passengers that pass through their territories, strictly examined, to the end that the Prussian and Hanoverian troops may not be supplied with cash or bills of exchange.
