Full Text

Justice Court.-Sunday, May 16.-(Before His Honor Judge Eddy.)-Bruised and battered and soiled with fierce conflict, a father and son, to wit: John Barry and Alexander Barry, denizens of Pleasant View, were presented to His Honor as candidates for Judicial compliment.

It appears, as ingeniously explained by Barry the elder. It was a family affair altogether, in which, on the Saturday night previous, some little unpleasantness had occurred, resulting in some rather striking manifestations of mutual regard. Each pleaded guilty to revelling, and promptly paid over the small sum of two dollars and costs, departing wiser, and it is hoped better men.
