Found guilty on three charges brought by the City of Palmer, Wilbur E. Nolan was fined a total of $175 following a plea of guilty when he appeared before City Magistrate John D. Shaw in City Court December 29.

Nolan was arrested December 28 by Special Police Officer Joseph Loyer and charged with driving without a drivers' license; reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Declining legal counsel, the defendant pleaded guilty to the first charge and not guilty to the latter two charges, later changing his plea to guilty on all three charges.

In addition to the fines; drivers' privileges were revoked for a period of six months and a 30-day suspended sentence was imposed.
