A Good One.—A meeting was held a few days since at the City Hall, Albany, to express its disapprobation of the course of the President in removing the deposits. At the hour appointed for the meeting, a colored man passed through the city ringing a vendue bell, and at intervals crying, "All who are in favor of Massa Biddle, and our party of all de gemmen, and agin do ole tyrant Jackson and de lower orders, will please call at de Captin's office—O, Lor! what was I tinking of—will please come to de City Hall and restore um deposits."
