BOSTON, August 10.—The Albany Advertiser, received last night, contains the proceedings of the Legislature to the close of the session.
In the afternoon of Thursday, Mr. T. Spencer offered a Resolve, declaring it to be the sense of the House of Assembly, 'That the late proclamation of the Governor, convening the Legislature, was an indiscreet exercise of the Executive prerogative.' This was succeeded by some intemperate remarks; and a motion to lay it on the table was lost, 58 to 45. On Friday the Resolve was passed, 66 to 53.
The resolution from the Senate to adjourn was then passed; and the House and Senate adjourned to meet according to law.
