Mr. Woodman's Election Sermon, has appeared in print. It contains in one short sentence, as pungent a censure as we recollect to have seen on those federal editors who have been constantly maligning the Constituted Authorities of the Nation ever since the Republican administration commenced. His words are.—
"When groundless jealousies are stirred up against rulers, with a design to weaken the hands, and to frustrate the constitutional measures of Government: when impatience or due subordination to rightful authority, &c. they are symptoms of a diseased, decaying state of the political body."
