The court of Common Pleas at about twelve o'clock yesterday, very nearly resembled a Dutch coffee room. Every body was on his legs-groups of lawyers were talking aloud in all directions-jurors— witnesses-lawyers and constables were all mingled together in a mass. Judge Ingraham had his hands full-Hoxie, the stupid clerk, was bewildered-and the crier's voice was the least audible in court. They want old Hays among them.
