READER, REMEMBER!

If you have a father, son, brother, or friend in the army, whom you would like to see disfranchised, vote for Woodward. He is the man who decides the act giving soldiers a vote to be unconstitutional. We have no doubt that in his eyes, any man who takes up arms against Gov. Seymour's 'friends,' is an outlaw, and therefore he seeks to deprive them of the dearest right of an American freeman,—that of choosing their own rulers. He puts the soldier upon a footing with convicted felons, who heretofore have been the only class of citizens deprived of a vote.
